- Seven leading Food Network Canada celebrity chefs will participate as guest hosts for 2014 Fall Flavours' Signature Events. Chef Lynn Crawford will host the new Feast of the Fathers and Lobster Party on the Beach, Sept. 6-7. Feast of the Fathers will serve a lavish meal that recreates the 1864 Charlottetown Conference and includes performances by the Barra McNeils, PEI Symphony, ballroom dancers and circus performers. Chefs Anna Olson and Chuck Hughes will host Taste of the North Shore on Sept. 12. Hughes will also host an new oyster-themed evening on Sept. 13 , a lamb-themed meal on Sept. 14, and Taps and Taters on Sept. 26. Chef Corbin Tomaszeski will host the Beef 'n Blues on Sept. 19. PEI's own Chef Michael Smith will host Feast & Frolic on Sept. 18 and the PEI International Shellfish Festival, Sept. 19-21. Chef Massimo Capra will host Savour Victoria on Sept. 20. Chef Mark McEwan will preside at Chef on Board, Sept. 27.
