- ArtSmarts exhibition
- The annual student art exhibit, "ArtsSmarts," at the Confederation Centre Art Gallery, May 9-25, is a collaboration between the Centre and the Department of Education and Early Childhood; the program selects artists to join teachers in" integrating art activities into non-arts subject areas." This year artist Betty-Jo McCarville joined Mme. Diana Tutty, Stratford Elementary School in teaching a Grade 6 health curriculum through the creation of posters in a variety of art media.
