Abstract

Describes a seaweed based cattle feed developed by Joe Dorgan in Seacow, PEI. Also discusses ongoing research into the effectiveness of seaweed in reducing methane production in cattle and sheep. The study is being conducted by Rob Kinley of Dalhousie University through a Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial-Research-Organization project in Australia.
