Abstract
Interviews Dr. Judith Nyiraneza, a member of an Agriculture Canada research team working in Harrington to study sorghum sudan grass as a possible potato rotation crop that could be used to help control soil born pathogens, increase soil carbon, and reduce soil erosion. The team's research is part of a national project focussed on trying to increase potato productivity. [Part of Agriculture Awareness 2016, a supplement to Island Farmer. Includes a photograph.]
