Interview with Pam Barrett, the director of the Kensington Road location of Tiny Tot Rainbow early years centre. There is a growing need for more early childhood educators, as there can be a high turnover and the working conditions are physically demanding. Holland College and College Acadie offer formal training in early childhood education and the government of PEI regulates wages paid in early years centres.
