Abstract

Salute to Agriculture [special supplement] Lloyd Dalziel, chair of International Sustainable Community Assistance (ISCA) states that his organization is in the process of developing a website aimed at linking Island farmers willing to offer their services with NGO's looking for agricultural expertise. ISCA is a non-governmental, independent, not-for-profit organization that promotes sustainable agricultural development with a focus on livestock health management. The agency has been approached by NGO's that are seeking to pay for agricultural expertise that would aid them in agricultural development projects.
