Salute to Agriculture [special supplement] Scott Dingwell, one of the Island investors in the now defunct Natural and Organic Group PEI hog plant and a developer of the "Hometown Pork" brand, is a member of a the delegation from the PEI Hog Board that spoke to the recent meeting of the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, Energy and Environment. Dingwell updated the committee on changes to the industry since 1990 and about reported on how the "Hometown Pork" branding campaign has resulted in expanding local and regional markets.
