National driving championship coming to Red Shores

Abstract

Standardbred Canada has announced that the Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at Charlottetown Driving Park will be the host track for the 2014 edition of The National Driving Championship. The event will take place August 26 in conjunction with a meeting of the provincial premiers and territorial leaders. The top two drivers from four regional championships will make up the field of eight finalists. The winner will represent Canada in the World Championships.
