Chairman's comments [departmental column]; The potato industry has been under a great deal of public and governmental scrutiny in recent months due to the efforts of the PEI Potato Board and other stakeholders to lift the current moratorium on deep water well irrigation systems; the board's chairman reminds members of the importance of "being proactive when farming environmentally sensitive areas" and of the importance to ensure that there are no fish kills this year
