Administered through SkillsPEI, the Workforce Development Fund offers three programs : Workforce Innovation, which helps private sector employers dealing with a significant change in the industry provide training to existing employees; Workforce Exposure, which gives job seekers practical exposure and experience in the private sector, dependent upon the EI eligibility of the job seeker; and Workforce Learning, which provides training through the employer for private sector employees who need help with essential skills in the workplace, such as reading and writing
