Participants logged over 89,000 kilometers in completing the Parks Canada Trail Challenge that encouraged visitors and Islanders to run, hike or bike 100-300 km in PEI National Park, at Green Gables Heritage Place and Port-la-Joye/Fort Amherst National Historic Site between June 1 and Oct 1, 2013; the Challenge was co-sponsored with the Parks and People Association and go!PEI
