A New Horizon Project that focusses on financial abuse and fraud directed towards the elderly; the project was primarily guided by The Up West Elder Circle (Zone 1 of PEI) and provided information sessions on types of elder abuse, created a series of skits written and performed by Native Council members, and held sessions with youth from Zone 1
