abstract: This users' guide provides the most current information about economic
development programs available to First Nation and Inuit communities and organizations.
The guide explains the programs, describes who may apply, the activities that qualify,
the information required for funding assistance, funding limits, and how the programs
are delivered. These programs are intended to increase the participation of Aboriginals
in the labour market and to provide core funding for their projects.
