Urban aboriginal households : a profile of demographic, housing and economic conditions in Canada's Prairie and Territories Region

abstract: Using the most current Statistics Canada data and additional data from CMHC, this study
provides an overview of the housing and socio-economic situation of urban Aboriginal
households in 19 communities across Canada?s Prairie and Territories Region. To
establish this profile, a large cross-section of data was analysed, including age,
education, household income, household type, and core housing need.
